The shipping costs will be shown to you again during the ordering process before completing the order. The shipping cost is only charged once, no matter how many items you order. The prices include VAT.
We usually need 1-2 days for shipping. If there are unplanned delays in order processing, you will be informed by us.
Is my product available?
We make every effort to always have sufficient quantities of the products on offer in stock. Should there be any delivery bottlenecks for any reason, we will contact you about how to proceed. Any subsequent deliveries are free of shipping costs.
My order comes and doesn’t come. Why?
If you have chosen the prepayment option, please check whether the amount has already been paid. Only then does the package leave our premises.
If you have chosen the invoice payment option, the package has not arrived within 8 working days and you have not received a notification, please contact us so that we can check the whereabouts. It may have been deposited for you in a parcel shop or the delivery failed.
– Card payment: We currently only support with paying per credit or debit card.

– Our account details for the transfer of the prepayment will be sent by email after the order has been completed.
The goods remain our property until full payment.

The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. If, contrary to expectations, the ordered products have an obvious defect, please contact us before sending them back so that a satisfactory solution can also be found for your case.
According to § 5e Consumer Protection Act, you can withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods. It is sufficient if the customer fills out the declaration of withdrawal, which is located in our download area, within the specified period and sends it to us by post, fax or E-Mail.
In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded step by step against the return of the goods. The customer bears the costs of the return.
